The option Open Roadmap allows our customers to engage collective meeting together with our Development Team to decide about Tuleap future and Governance. We create a virtuous cycle based on shared vision, trust and commitment. Tuleap development process ensures that the roadmap identifies mutual goals and determines achievable actions towards realising a common vision.

This is how we concretly implement this option with our customers:

Building a shared vision

Tuleap Team and our customers have regular meetings and discussions to :

  • build consensus on goals and targets
  • prioritise needed features
  • decide implementation approach and time lines

After the roadmap is completed, development implementation and updating ensure the complete realisation of the vision and goals.

Developing new features

Tuleap Team is working to:

  • develop the features that have been decided and commit to deliverthem all in good time
  • provide transparent access to current developments
  • collect feedback and make adjustements

Rewing and updating roadmap

The process does not stop when the roadmap is decided. The roadmap can be updated according to customers needs evolve, technical progress is made, new good practices and market trends emerge.
